What is your payment policy?
We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping. There is a $20 service charge for all returned checks. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, backorders do occur; these items will be shipped as we receive them. All Non-truck orders paid by credit card will be charged when the order has shipped. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following credit cards: Paypal, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Qualifying business customers can charge purchases to their open account. You can call in your credit card information, for online orders, if you feel uncomfortable providing personal information online. You can mail a check or money order, denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank if you do not want to use or do not have a credit card. Purchase orders are accepted via our 24-hour, toll-free sales line at 1-800-681 6657. C.O.D. orders are not offered. What are the warranties on merchandise? Products not manufactured by JMTOOLS are warranted by the manufacturer. Call the nearest service center if you have any questions on merchandise care. Neither JMTOOLS nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. If you call or write about defective merchandise, we must have the invoice number of the item. Log splitter hydraulic components carry a one-year warranty. The balance of the machine has a 90-day warranty. The engines used in go-karts and mini-bikes carry a 90-day warranty. Other engines carry a one-year warranty. Warranties do not cover cylinders with bent shafts. For repairs within these warranty periods, please contact the service center nearest you. Returns -
We want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied, call or write to us within 20 days for authorization to return or exchange your merchandise.
Shipping - We ship UPS ground unless faster service is requested on all orders within the weight limitations. Truck orders are shipped prepaid from our warehouse or the manufacture whichever is cheaper. Orders returned are at the buyer’s expense unless authorized in advance.
